CX-533

CX-533 is a nonionic polyurethane thickener. This product is a pseudo-plastic rheology modifier with excellent medium shear thickening efficiency, which can significantly enhance the performance of the formula in use and increase storage stability at the same time.

‌‌Proposed dosage
Due to the different characteristics of various emulsions and the differences in addition amounts, the dosage of CX-533 should be adjusted according to the viscosity of the final product. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.7% of the formula mass (measured in the form of supply). The accurate addition amount should be determined through a pre-experiment before paint mixing.
Application area
It is recommended for application in water-based coatings, inorganic pigments, titanium dioxide and titanium dioxide, etc.
Processing instructions
CX-533 is a flowable liquid that is easy to add. It can be directly added during the paint mixing process or diluted with water before addition (it is recommended to dilute with 2-4 times the water before use).
Storage and transportation‌
This product should be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
