CX-249
CX-249 is a defoamer synthesized from silicone ether. It is suitable for defoaming at temperatures ranging from 25℃ to 110℃. However, when the temperature of the system to be defoamed is between 80℃ and 110℃, many silicone defoamers have already demulsified, floating oil, and lost the physical state that defoamers should have. Not only does their defoaming power decline or disappear, but it also leaves unexpected drawbacks for the subsequent processes of the defoamed products. This defoamer can maintain a good physical state under this temperature and strong alkaline conditions, without demulsification or oil floating. Its defoaming performance is even stronger than at room temperature. This series of products is particularly effective in eliminating foam caused by anionic surfactants and viscous liquid systems, and has excellent alkali resistance. Moreover, it features fast defoaming speed and long-lasting antifoaming effect.
