CX-127
CX-127 is a wetting and dispersing agent used in solvent-free, UV-curable printing inks.
Product advantages
It is recommended for stabilizing pigments in solvent-free, UV-curable printing inks.
It is also applicable to the preparation of pigment concentrate slurry.

Proposed dosage
The amount of additives (purchased form) is based on pigments:
Titanium dioxide: 5-6%.
Organic pigments: 10-20%.
Carbon black: 10-20%.
The above recommended addition amounts are for reference only. The optimal addition amount needs to be determined through a series of experiments.
Application area
This additive is recommended for use in the printing ink industry.
Processing instructions
This additive can be added at any stage of production, including later additions. However, to reduce its foam-stabilizing effect, it is recommended to add it at the final stage of manufacturing
Special attention
To achieve the best performance, the additives must be added to the abrasive first, and then the pigments are put in. Pre-mix the resin and solvent components in the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives while stirring. The pigment can only be added when the additive is completely and evenly dispersed.
Storage and transportation
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
