CX-103

CX-103 is a wetting and dispersing agent used in solvent-based automotive coatings, industrial coatings and pigment concentrates. It is particularly suitable for stabilizing extremely fine carbon black and organic pigments, especially two-component polyurethane and baking systems. Significantly reduce the viscosity of the grinding material.

Application area
It is especially recommended for automotive coatings and industrial coatings, and is also suitable for architectural coatings and anti-corrosion coating systems.
Processing instructions
To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the abrasive first, followed by the pigments. First, pre-mix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives while constantly stirring. Pigments should not be added before the additives are thoroughly mixed.
Storage and transportation
This product should be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
