Proposed dosage
Based on ready-to-use polyurethane solution, the additive dosage is 0.1% - 0.3% (depending on the supply status). The above recommended dosages are for reference only. The optimal dosage should be determined through a series of tests related to the application.
Application area
CX-351 is recommended for both wet and dry processes, and can also be used in solvent-based and waterborne polymerization processes to produce solvent-based polyurethane or waterborne polyurethane dispersions.
Processing instructions
CX-351 should be added under stirring conditions to ensure good dispersion. If it is used in a polymerization process, its addition method highly depends on factors such as pH value and the addition time during the polymerization process.
Storage and transportation
This product should be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry environment; Shelf life: 36 months.
