CX-325

CX-325 is a silicone surface additive specially developed for easy-to-clean coating systems.

Product advantages

This product contains reactive OH active groups, which can form chemical bonds with resins, endowing the film-forming surface with permanent effects such as water repellency, oil repellency, reduced dust adhesion, and improved washability of the coating film.
This product is also used to enhance the anti-graffiti and anti-sticking performance.
This product is designed to enhance the wetting, leveling, surface smoothness, water resistance (preventing whitening), anti-adhesion and weather resistance of the substrate.

Proposed dosage
Based on 0.5-5% of the total formula.
Application area
It is applicable to water-based two-component coating systems, high-temperature drying systems and UV-cured coating systems. Used for industrial coatings, can coatings, wood and furniture coatings,3c coatings,and leather coatings. Apply the reactivity of resin system:two-component polyurethane,alkyd melamine, polyester melamine and acrylic acid-melamine, acrylic epoxy mixture and phenolic resin.
Processing instructions
It can be added at any stage of the production process. For ease of addition, it can be diluted with an appropriate solvent first. Solvent type, alcohols, hydrocarbon and ethers,esters can be arbitrary than dilution.Water-based systems require pre-dilution with hydrophilic solvents. Therefore, when evaluating this product, do not need to add any other surface additives. If necessary, it is recommended to conduct a trial of phased addition.
Special attention
When this product is applied in a water-based system, it must be pre-diluted with a hydrophilic solvent. Beware of mixing with other additives.
Storage and transportation
This product can be transported and stored as a hazardous chemical. Store in a cool, dry and sealed container. Shelf life: 36 months.
