CX-318
CX-318 is an organosilicon surface additive used for radiation-cured varnish, which enhances leveling and substrate wettability.
Product advantages
Due to its high interfacial activity, it is oriented towards the coating surface and is particularly recommended for radiation-cured varnish.
A very small dosage can provide sufficient substrate wetting and leveling effects. Generally speaking, half the dosage of conventional silicone additives can achieve the best leveling and substrate wetting effect.
It is particularly suitable for high-speed machines and has a positive effect on foam stability.
It has good compatibility with conventional resin substrates and is suitable for the production of high-transparency coatings.

The dosage of the additive (in the form of purchase) is 0.2-0.6% based on the total formula.
Application area
CX-318 is particularly recommended for all non-water-based and radiation-cured varnish.
Processing instructions
It can be added at any stage, including later additions.
Storage and transportation
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
